IAMAmarai

Story One: "Loss, Life and Laos" is a story of hope, identity, and new life despite loss. Amy story-tells with Soutkita "La" Reagan, founder of Jai Lao Foundation, on their identity struggle as Laotian Americans carrying legacies left by their parents. La recounts her heartbreaking loss that prompted a deeper search for herself and her true roots back to the heart of Laos.

I AM Amarai is both a story and a show. It is a story about ordinary people bravely facing their journeys with authenticity, vulnerability, and passion. It is looking to discover purpose through the lives of others and in so doing, finding beauty in dark places. This is a web-show of short films. By capturing the lives of individuals and groups or organizations, we discover and create avenue of Hope & Love (Charity), through the art of cinematic storytelling.
